Sinah Lane Development: serious problems plague adjoining roads where authorities' communication failures appear to have caused queues of lorries on Station Rd. this week, no apparent forward planning for lorry parking, plus residents noting that groundwater continues to present problems in housing plots despite previous pumping out - might this cause problems later? -, and an ongoing dispute re a Public Right of Way (rules online) near the Billy Trail, that is apparently now blocked by a barbed wired fence. All these are taken up by the residents with HBC's Community Officer (for New Developments) but residents' confidence in HBC's authority or oversight on this site is undermined by witnessing such problems.
